Its gonna be Draeni. If you look at the artwork for the expansion there are pictures of Draeni huts on outland and dark sinister looking cities on outland obviously not afilliated with the blood elves. The Draeni would be the ugly race for the alliance to match the blood elves being the pretty race for the horde.
