I love the Boondocks.
I really don't see how being white makes any of the jokes hard to understand. While the show deals with other (especially rascist) themes, the whole thing seems to be one huge mockery of "gangsta" culture. McGruder even hints at the influence it has beyond blacks at times, with such characters as the hoe that hooked-up with Granddad and the gun-toting wiggers. Note that one of them is the son of a man who owns a large bank and that he will "be president one day."
