A full grown cookie cutter shark weighs about 3.5 lbs. A full grown megalodon weighs about 105,000 lbs.
105,000/3.5=30,000
That is a massive swarm of 30,000 cookie cutter sharks. They could bring down one megalodon, easy. The megadolons jaws are much too large to actually bite a single one of them. It would be like a colony of ants killing a grasshopper.
This battle is no contest.
On a related note, I think this is now even nerdier than the Vader vs. Tron debate.
