Pretty much every splatterhouse boss, but I'm gonna say the death of the stage 2 boss in splatterhouse 2 is the coolest of all the splat games. The rest are:
Mary's death in silent hill 2 (the one on the tape)
Lead mutant guy's death in the military base in fallout
Frank Horrigan's death in fallout 2
Overseer's death in fallout (2nd favorite)
Successful tate in shinobi
