screenshots cant compare to the actual gameplay experience. unless you play the game and experience it first hand, you cant really have a reasonable complaint.
I hate weiner defences against criticism like that. Its on a similar type of idiocy as when you say that a certain song by a popular artist sucks, then someone bites back "oh yeah? you don't know how hard it is to make a song so shut up."
