that's a great framerate :< my game doesn't run that well even without fraps running ;<
matt i just cap at half-size, 29.97 framerate. the files are huge at first, but then i run it through virtualdub, compressing audio to 22k @ 96kps mp3, and compressing video to xvid @ 4-10 compression.
You can get the xvid codecs from free-codecs.com through the klite codec pack. Virtualdub just look for on google.
