When I first started going out drinking I used to often get chips (fries) and curry sauce from the Chinese Fish & Chip shop. I always managed to splatter it over my clothes so I eventually gave up that habit, but I once asked them what was in the sauce. They wouldn't tell me all of it but they did say it had HP sauce in it, and that's maybe why I get a craving for it now after I've had a few pints.
