I agree with you, Kev, and I sure hope that's what happens, but that wasn't my question.

My question is, what do we, the united states, do if Iraq falls into sectarian civil war? This was a real possibility all along, and now it would be utterly foolish to say it isn't. We've been, oh, just a little bad at planning for scenarios we don't like in Iraq.

My question is, so we have any policy at all as to what we'll do if civil war starts?
