The line exists at however you can amend the Constitution.

Most of our problems today exist because of only a few court decisions and one or two amendments that might never have really passed according to the rules for doing so. Repeal the 16th and 17th amendments (hell, we already did the next one...) and make the President use his override power on the Interstate Commerce and General Welfare clauses as so far defined by the courts alone and we are back to where we started but with a much better economy.

How can someone who obviously thinks so much of their ideas have so little respect for expressing them? How can someone who so yearns to be taken seriously make so little effort?!
