HALO 3 Rumor thread

I found that Halo2 tried TOO fucking hard to make you care, i mean teh end of the game was so terribly anti climactic up untill the clifhanger, halo's activation wasn't nearly menacing enough it was just a bunch of platforms that you fought on, it would have been cooler if you had to trick tartarus into some kind of red and black colored plasma that dismantles organic compounds into goopy chunks too small for Flood infection

Did anyone know they attempted to introduce a kind of goofy love triangle between the Chef, Cortana and Keys's Daughter? They apparently had to remove it because of time constraints.
