that ain't hiking Goat
To the camp site, we went 3.2 miles with a elevation gain of 1,500ft.
After setting up base camp at Lower Lena Lake, we went off to find Upper Lena Lake, which was 4 miles and another 4,000 ft up.
We went through the snowline, and lost track of the trail. We hiked in shorts, and t-shirts, through snow on steep hills, over icey cold rivers, and mud, and gave up in disgust when we realized we where totally lost.
