Supposedly they're a fragment of hurricane survivors so they hate my nation. Any soldiers, money, anything would help cause I'd love to crush these guys as soon as possible. I'd pay you back as soon as possible. I made the bad mistake of rationing food during a drought, so unless there's a way I can change my response to the crisis my citizen income is -$5 which sucks.
We need to make a big Mockery guild, or alliance, or whatever it's called
