John Lennon even said "Music is everyone's possession. It's only the managers that think people own it." So I think anyone restricting Beatley music is rather, um, hypocritical? (maybe not the best word)

And also, Michael Jackson owning the Beatles' works is absolutely daft. He charges so much to use the songs. He let NIKE use "Revolution" in one of their commercials. "Revolution isn't about sneakers. It's about Revolution."
