My grandfather was scouting behind enemylines and was able to take five soviets as a prisoner. As a reward he received 5 days long vacation.
That's the only thing he told me about war. Too bad he died when I was a little kid so I never got any great chance to talk about war with him Although, I'm not sure if he even would've wanted to discuss about it :/
