I thought I was the only one who thought it looked like DJ Conner so I didn't wanna mention it and look like a dumbass, but that was the first thing that came to mind after seeing the picture.
That movie looks like it would have a special half hour sneak preview following back to back episodes of America's Funniest Home Videos back in '93 or so. It even featured HOT COFFEE SPILLED ON GENITALS.
