from the looks of that movie it's not it ...most of the scenes are like they are out in the desert. I can't even remember them being in a city.
The grenade launchy arm guy was weird. Instead of being actual grenades it looked like he was shooting large pees at people. COLOURED PEES that turned into coloured smoke. Does that ring any bells?

I'm not lying about it existing, if that's what you mean. If you mean my childhood imagination might've made it up/dreamt it, than ya, that's a possibility :O
