The high sex crime rate and the US having a very sexually repressed(censored) society is the correlation.
Legalize prostitution, well, that would fix that part of the "sex crimes"
As for child rape and things like that,well those people are just sick basards that only a little pill(sometimes) and alot of counseling can control, but not fix.
