yeah that all seems okay by my book. Of course the UN has no teeth so signing or not signing is meaningless. Hell half the BS countries in the UN that have no right to exist while others who clearly exist and are denied would agree with me on that. (nationalist China IS a country, the PLO is not)

Of course the communist loves the idea of an imposed State role on child rearing, with some worldwide set standard for what is considered acceptable. Not only that, but this standard is supposed to include a forced exposure to some unnamed parties concept of a "diverse" media. It's problematic, and unnecessary....and obviously it has done little to curve child abuse and crimes against humanity. It's just another form of globalization.

nationalist china is the country that remained after the communist revolution still led by the chinese king. It is now known as Taiwan and is recognized only as a chinese territory despite their independence. Communist China is immediatley recognized as a legit country befor it really was legit.
