typically they go in right over the scar tissue and that makes the area shrink even more. still it's far more economically viable when you factor in the cost of changing glasses, lenses, etc over the years. if you live to be 90 years old, that is.

i have known many people who had had it done. the ones who needed it redone were those that were under 50 years of age. you see, the tissue still changes ergo so will the vision.

but it is becoming far more inexpensive and this renders the fact that you might need to have them redone in your forties moot. at least you'll be able to afford it and it still outweighs the overall expenses of counteraids.
