Note that Diablo was removed from the list at Legendary Pictures right away. I bet they have to keep all the Diablo stuff hush-hush until Blizzard announces Diablo 3 at BlizzCon.

Also, since Blizzard is willing to cancel high-profile video games after years of development because they're not quite good enough, and they have not sold the movie rights to this (and so retain creative control), I will bet anything that their movies will either be great or not be released at all.
