The legless man could fire a gun. Btw i've been wondering, do legless people have to wear something to cover under their stomach or do they wear like a one piece pajama type thing.

Depends on the amputation or genetic mutation. Often legless people still have amorphous legs. Many wear trunk padding.

If you are lucky, you can get Robot Pants.
