I agree with the skepticism concerning this. The last thing that we need is videos monitoring private citizens going about their business -- we are becoming like Britain in that respect.

I think that only in neighborhoods which face exceptional crime problems should they be present.

To allow people to look ingo our lives on this level is potentially disasterous to our privacy.
