I played this today at a GameCrazy. I set the sensitivity to advanced, and the result was that Samus appeared to be suffering from cerebral palsy. Also, my arms got really really tired by the time I actually got to kill something, and I still wasn't used to the retarded sensitivity setting, so I didn't do very well.
