I like the plasma gun from Doom 3. There's not much ammo for it and it doesnt' really do much damage, but it looks cool and the sound effect when you reload it is like a giant canister falling on the ground.
The Gravity Gun from Half Life 2 is a close second, followed by the crowbar from Half Life. :O
