I dunno if that would happen. Some people might try it but I don't think it would work, simply because of the fact that there are so many people who enjoy the freedom of information on the internet, and they wouldn't want to lose that.
I think, anyway.
Same goes for freedom to not have your library books watched or unwarranted phone taps.
