buddha - get over it man, s'not even our damn mixer... not to mention vestax produces as much crap gear as they do quality. and with a rane you have to spend 10 minutes just to find the damn cue control. as for pioneer djm 500 and 600, two words man - "industry standard". unless you like bringing your own personal mixer with you to every gig (and some folks do) then you gotta be familiar with pioneer's gear.
and for my intarweb sweeties - my eyes are hazel, except when they are green.
