My girlfriend often inquires about what exactly I'm doing on the Internet for 5 hours a night and I generally just say "nothing... really" lest she find out that I've just spent half an hour animating cats or something.

No one should ever try and explain things which happen on the internet in the context of real life because it just doesn't work. It's like the Martix - you have to see it for yourself.
