bush reduced the security arangements that Clinton set up.. Bush dismantled the office of 'homeland security' that was drafted by the clinton administration. Clinton was impeachable on more than a blowjob, but reducing security wasnt one of them. and again you mix up gulf wars with 9/11. the gulf wars had nothing to do with alqaeda except as another reason for alqaeda to hit us with something.
3) bwhah, yea everybody should have left iraq, i'm sure that would have been very easy for them. and yes!, they got warnings about 9/11 but our government ignored them. why did the isreali's vacate thier offices just prior to 9/11?
4) kuwait was a setup, do a search and read 10 sites on 'April Glasby' and i ask you why has she disappeared? why was saddams appeal to the world court about kuwait dismissed? why were we training for desert warfare just prior to gulf war 1?
the answers all point to the U.S. waiting for saddam to move on kuwait so we could better establish military bases in the region.
