Playing this reminds me why the wii sucks. The load times vary from barely noticeable to annoying and the online capabilities are almost non-existent. Yay! I can watch other people play but to play with my friends, we need to exchange each other's 12 digit codes. Then there's no chat function and we can't play anyone who's code we don't have.
Also, that animal crossing assist trophy where the guy is talking is annoying as fuck. The nintendog one fucks off after a bit, but this one stays way too long.
