The best Adult Swim show would be Space Ghost, except it doesn't really count because they never show it anyway. So it's Aqua Teen Hunger Force. ATHF is probably one of the best shows on TV as it is. I still quote the cybernetic ghost of Christmas past on a near daily basis.
