I loved the first one, but yes, it's not all that scary, and it's so short. I really wanna play this one, but I really don't wanna pay full price for it. I got Condemned 1 used for twenty bucks and I still feel like I paid too much, considering I unlocked almost every achievement within 8 hours of purchase.
