i have a couple:

The damned birds in Ninja Gaiden for the NES (if being a ninja required a patience test, those birds were that test)

Fortune from MGS 2. when i first encountered her, i just kept wasting my ammo. however when i replayed that situation, i just did 2 things: do cartwheels into the crates, and the other thing was hide in a box and then run while in the box.

Ton-Pooh and her sisters (i think they were sisters) in the anti gravity segment of Strider 1's final stage. trying to hit them was more difficult because they were upright while i was jumping and slashing on the ceiling.
