User yohkosod@yahoo.com has received a black ball. Rules state that at any time persons for consideration receive a black ball during the 24 hour consideration period shall be placed on hold until special conditions or the exception is met.

Special conditions for enrollment require that 3 members vouch for new member or the new member must wait 30 days before a new invitation is put up for request.

Exception for denial can be met if the new member can receive an immediate voucher from employer stating that employee meets all qualifications listed in the General Bovine Services FAQ.
