There isn't any MMO out there that doesn't have serious flaws, which is hilarious if you consider the stiff competition.
Fact is, most people who play MMOs have a high threshold of bullshit they're willing to accept and overlook. Also part and parcel of the MMO platform is that you must have a terrifying amount of content to support it. City of Villains is probably the 'best' MMO I've played in that it really performs where it counts, but it has zero or as close to zero content outside of KILL KILL KILL as you can get. It also has a terrible hardcore community, but that's par for the course for the genre.
But seriously, if I were making this game I would never have let a screenshot like that get out. GL Quake honestly did look better.
