Jedi, that clip makes a lovely birthday present. I am a fan of both Zappa and the Monkees, and was aware that Nesmith and Zappa were friends. Zappa first appearance in a movie is a cameo in the Monkees movie "Head", which was directed by Bob Nicholson and, as god is my witness, Jack Nicholson.
