All right, I found and downloaded the Realtek AC97 codec, and it did nothing.

I know I am a bit late but I had exactly the same problem. The answer is two step. Get the Uaa driver, then install the audio drivers.

Since you have the audio driver, The UAA can be found here http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows...ver-patch.html
