Are you kidding? This is perhaps the worst story ever written. The Punisher is vaguely in character, if you consider him to be nothing but a mindless psychopath (like Ennis does).
I'm guessing you've never read Ennis's Punisher MAX series then? Because that's the best the Punisher has ever been as far as I'm concerned, and probably the best he ever will be.
