I'm not a huge Mega Man fan, but you can add me to the list of Legends fans. I own Legends, The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, and Legends II, and I really hope they decide to continue the story and tie up some loose ends in a future sequel. Mega Man 2 still stands as my favorite of the side-scrollers.

Having said all that, Mega Man 9 looks like a worthy download. The old school graphics are a breath of fresh air. Visuals matter too much sometimes-- there are a thousand games that look better than, say, Tetris, that aren't nearly as much fun. I hope it starts a trend. There are a lot of 8- and 16-bit classics that deserve sequels (Punch-Out! anyone?). So making and releasing them on the cheap works for everyone, except those who are really into graphics.
