Not if they are the ones that are very small at the ankles like girls pants. That always weirds me out on a guy.

Depends on the emo kids. Some (ie most) wear tight jeans, but the majority at my school wear chain pants.
Plus, I have to admit, the chain pants are pretty awesome looking, if not very practical. Or useful.
