I had a similiar situation with a friend. Girl A told me Fiance 1 was cheating on my best friend. I ended up telling best friend about Fiance 1. Turns out Girl A is a drama queen and intentionally gave me bad info. I don't hit girls but I've had thoughts about Glocking her Spiel.

I probably wouldn't mention it to your friend. If you do though, downplay it. Hope you had a good birthday besides that.

Man, she would act like she has no idea what I'm talking about. That's how women work. She'd save as much face as possible. At least I'd hope so.
