Who Makes the Best Spicy Food

I was eating at an Indian restaurant and the owners were kinda familiar with my x and I by then. Well I forget what I ordered but he asked me if I wanted it American hot or Indian hot. I said Indian hot because my reasoning is that Americans are the only idiots in the world who would make something HOT for no reason at all, there for Indian hot would be nice and soothing and full of flavor! I was sooooooo fucking wrong. The were watching me by the brick oven to see if I was going to eat the whole thing. I did it out of egao and they had a great time.
