My Psychology teacher gave us projects on stuff he hardly taught us. He'd also invite us to argue for a better grade, but never changed his mind.

He also had a fun cell phone policy: If your cell phone went off in class, he'd get to answer it. If his went off in class, we got to answer it. He nearly got this one girl, but she turned it off in time. Not that he didn't try to get there first. He jumped over chairs.
