Yeah, its one of the more violent fighters to come out back in the 90's. I believe that ROG did a piece on here detailing one of the secret characters (The Senator). Its quite good from what ive played of it, and its a lot better than the original Genesis cart.

edit: The article. It doesnt cover his fatality where he transforms into a mailman and shoots the opponent.
