1. It KNOWS it's campy and embraces it

2. Grindhouse-style storytelling

3. Shooting mutants in the leg over and over again=FUN!

4. The first boss is a mutant cripple

5. Mutant clowns

6. Mutant Doctors

7. Mutant Nurses

8. The final boss is a cross between Nightmare Fuel and What The Fuck?

9. ISSAC MOTHERFUCKIN WASHINGTON MOTHERFUCKER!

The only downside is that it's kinda easy, but what the hell, Resident Evil is getting a sequel, and Overkill needs a sequel more then anything
