Endings that were not worth the play through for

here's two more:

Maximum Carnage. Beating what is undoubtedly one of the hardest platformers ever for a few bits from a comic book that isn't THAT hard to find.

Battletoads vs. Double Dragon. I never beat BUT if you beat it with the stage select+10 lives cheat that bird guy will mock and utterly bury you for doing such a thing.

bart's Nightmare has an ending? The best I could ever get was a B-grade because some of those games are ridiculous. not as horrible as Virtual Bart, but not good either.

First of all, it's a beat-em-up. Second, it's not very hard. Third, beat-em-ups don't usually have really elaborate endings.

hmmm I'd say Megaman 2. It didn't make any sense. 3 had a great ending though.
After Burner was a pain in the ass and all you got at the end was a "Mission Accomplished"
