Bad surgery? I dont think his music should have to make up for that. If your talking about anything else... the man was acquitted. Remember innocent until proven guilty.

Innocent until proven guilty isn't a universal concept, though. I don't see how he can be cleared as innocent, with all the evidence brought up against him.
