I haven't seen bagged milk since my family lived in one of the little military communities here in Alberta, and that was in the early 90's. Even then, I think it was only bagged 'cause all the families there got them for free for whatever reason, and the bags were a lot cheaper than cartons.

bagged milk seems like a hassle. How do you keep it fresh? Do you roll the top of the bag up and clip it, like potato chips?
