I used to have a doors cassette tape that had a pinch during "Break on Through". I heard it so many times that way that it's weird not hearing "The day destroys the night...night deee-BHYYY*zzzzip* the day..." now.
You mean that wasn't how "Break on Through" was supposed to sound?
