Just what exactly is wrong about talking about things you enjoy? I mean, look at how many sub-forums there are here, for specialized shit. What's so bad about talking about nature, as opposed to talking about video games or He-man action figures or Ninja Turtles?

And of course it's a bit easier to talk about oneself because, uh, that's what people do--that's what people know about. Their lives.


I'm living in the country, but we definitely have Walmart and every fast food restaurant and plenty of sit-down restaurants and a University as well as a community college and anything else necessary. If I need something I can't find locally, Amazon delivers here as quickly as it does elsewhere, or I could travel 40 miles to Asheville.
