Bottom of the Toy Box: Forgotten Relics of the '80s-'90s

I have a Dungeons and Dragons Fire Elemental toy kicking around somewhere. I also remember these toys that had glow-in-the-dark hands and swords. There were good guys and bad guys and they were basically these rubber robes with arms that were put over these hologram images. Anyone remember what those were called? Like, there would be there normal appearance and then they had a transformation. Like, a werewolf, a rabbit-man, a ghost, so on.
